How I can start a return or exchange？
If you want to return or exchange an item, first ensure that your product is in good condition, just like when you received it—brand new and unopened, or opened and gently used. Return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
 
We will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where to send your package. After receiving the item, we will thoroughly inspect it and confirm the return. If everything checks out, we will process your refund. Please note that there is a $15 restocking fee for each item returned or refunded. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.
 
Our refund processing time can take up to 10 business days from the moment we receive the item, and the time it takes for you to receive the refund via your original payment method may vary based on your financial institution.
