REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The referral program entitles existing customers to receive a 20% discount on their next order once a referred friend makes a qualifying purchase.
• The referred friend receives a 20% discount on their initial order.
• To be eligible, existing customers must share their unique referral link with friends who have not previously made a purchase with Mistura.
• The referred friend must make their first purchase using the referral link.
• The 20% discount will be automatically applied to the existing customer’s next order after a successful referral. It cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Referred friends are limited to one new customer discount. Previous purchases do not qualify.

ASSIGNMENT

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be settled in San Francisco County, California, under the Streamlined Arbitration Rules of JAMS in English. Judgement may enter in any competent court.

MISCELLANEOUS

Failure to enforce any right does not waive rights. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Mistura and supersede prior understandings. You are not an agent or partner of Mistura and cannot bind us.
