Discovery Kits
Unfortunately, Discovery Kit orders are not eligible for return or refund.
However:
- If your product is damaged, you received the wrong item, or if an item is missing, contact us immediately to make it right.
- If you do not like the fragrances you receive in your Discovery Kit, contact us. We will either send you 2 additional samples or offer you the chance to purchase a Signature Sampler featuring all scents, with the cost of your Discovery Kit applied toward the purchase price.
Hair and Body Mist 236ml Bottles
We have a 30-day return policy from the date your items are received, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—new and unopened, or opened with minimal use. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we have received your item, we will process your refund. There is a $15 restocking fee for any return, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Our refund process can take up to 10 business days from the day the item is received. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your original payment method may vary depending on your financial institution.
We cannot accept returns for any items shipped outside the United States.
Limited Edition Collection
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for limited edition Collection.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. You can either return your item for a refund (minus a $15 restocking fee) and purchase a new one, or simply return the item under the same policy. In both cases, the item must meet the criteria outlined above.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Products purchased using a gift card are not eligible for return or refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
